Involuntary pelvic floor muscle contractions induced by magnetic stimulation, without voluntary effort by the patient.
DuoMAG rPMS combines the DuoMAG XT stimulator with the MagChair for repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation (rPMS) of the pelvic floor. The stimulation coil is integrated directly in the seat of the MagChair: the patient remains seated during stimulation while the coil stays in a fixed position. The magnetic field reaches deep neuromuscular structures without invasive electrodes and induces involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor muscles.
Use the MagChair only with the DuoMAG magnetic stimulator, stimulation coil 140U-LQC and in accordance with the DuoMAG Instructions for Use.
With rTMS coils, the DuoMAG XT-100 stimulator can also be used for other certified indications, from diagnostics (MEP) to therapy and rehabilitation. The 140U-LQC coil in the MagChair is intended for pelvic floor stimulation only.
The MagChair is an accessory for the DuoMAG magnetic stimulator. It is designed to fix the coil of the DuoMAG magnetic stimulator in place during pelvic floor stimulation.
